Overheating GPU

I ordered from Amazon a brand new GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming OC 8G card and have ran it for about a 8-9 months. About 1-2 months ago I've noticed a significant jump in temperature when gaming or sitting at loading screens. When gaming my temps reach up to 83 degrees and then my game crashes. Loading screens my temps sit at 78-80 degrees. Is there something you guys can do since the card is only a couple months old?

Ram issues

I have the gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax. The dram light keeps coming on. I have tried 2 sets of ram and have had the same issue. I have corsair vengeance. I also have rgb version as well. I have tried a single stick or ram and both slots. With no luck. I am hoping there is a fix for this.

Trying to contact Gigabyte Corporate to file a complaint about warranty refusal

I've been fighting support over a warranty issue for 3 months now and at this point support refuses to even email me back. I have a laptop that I purchased brand new, have proof that it was purchased brand new, and needs warranty repairs due to a dead GPU/CPU.

This laptop has finally become completely unusable. Your RMA service team is refusing to warranty this and is attempting to charge me out of pocket due to claiming that I purchased this from an "unauthorized retailer".

This was purchased BRAND NEW on Amazon, and it doesn't matter WHO I purchased it from.

It was purchased and turned on or the very first time, and had this problem within the warranty period (12 months) from the date I turned this BRAND NEW laptop on after purchasing it and registering the warranty. I would like to have this escalated, if this is not resolved soon I will continue to escalate this to other consumer protection agencies.

Keycaps fell off laptop

i submited a form with you guys a few minutes ago but i need to know if you guys can even fix keycaps on a G5 KF5 gigabyte laptop because they had fell off randomly. ive tried to put them back on but i think the part that makes the keycaps click in has broken so can you guys do it or not? The worst company to deal with for technical support. Filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau for refusing to provide service guide to fix a laptop I bought from them just over a year! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GIGABYTE AGAIN! Sent me a stardard response over an inquiry without even reading my email!

I sent this card to you a month ago because of no video signals and any video por (3 x DP + 1 HDMI). REF22804**** GV-N3080VISION OC-10GD SN201012****22 You sent me back the same card with the same problem with no explanation. Did not appear to be removed or looked at. Exact same packag e and antistatic wrap. Other video cards work in the slot, NVDIA and AMD. The onboard MB video works fine. This is the case for both of my desktops (i7-9700 and 17-1****). No success contacting support for any information. I don't exist after sale.

Gigabyte - No product warrantee honored

Gigabyte is nearly impossible to get a motherboard replaced. After several weeks of going back and forth with Gigabyte support, I finally used the BBB card and immediately received an RMA and sent the defective X570 motherboard at my expense. The motherboard failed and did nothing at the first startup. I put all the same hardware on another motherboard. The pc started/functioned as expected. After Gigabyte evaluated the returned motherboard, I was informed that the board was damaged by me. After reading several BBB complaints, this is a common tactic by Gigabyte. Please do not by Gigabyte products. You will be disappointed if you have a product failure.

Non functioning PCIE slots.... Customer support number does not work

Ive tried calling you guys and I called within proper bussiness hours however all it says is "We're sorry your call did not go through, please try your call later". Anyways, I just purchased the Aorus B550 Elite and Im trying to plug in a external wifi card but your PCIE slot doesnt work.... Ive read reviews on amazon just to find other people are having the same issue. I dont understand if you guys just send these motherboards with broken slots knowingly but now I have to go through the process of completely switching the motherboard because of you guys. Can you please tell me if I have to do something in order to activate that slot, or send me another motherboard that actually works.

just want to take a minute and tell you thank you for the drivers disc that came with my x570 aorus elite motherboard. pc was working great updated drivers followed by restart now forever stuck on a black screen. no post nothing. why the *** do you provide a disc of drivers and not a *** flashback button. was up all night and day *** with this and gotten no where. totally *** pissed off.

Figured I could I could at to the list here. Had my GTX 1080 sent in for repair and they said it was unrepairable, so they sent me a RTX 2070. Cool, I thought. Only to find out the card didn't work and so I had to RMA that card. Sent it out and they said they fixed it. Got the card back and left it on the shelf because I had work to do and bought a better card. Come about 6-8 months later I hook up the card and it HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. They won't do anything for me now. I have contacted support 3 times and say they won't be able to help because it is out of warranty. I HAD A WORKING CARD FOR ONLY 3 MONTHS. Really good stuff guys.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service I sent out my graphic card to fix the defect port. The track number shows it was received on the third tries because there wasn't anyone on the receiving end. After two weeks when I didn't see any activities in RMA account, I contacted them regarding my status. A couple of days later, the replied, "Product received and repairing". 10 days later, they updated the RMA that "no issues were found". I expected them to return my card afterword. Another week went by without any updates, so I contacted them to return my card. A couple of days later they replied, "We will ship it next week and will notify you via email with tracking number". Next week went by and I contacted them again. A couple of days later, they replied, we are short of manpower, but will ship it soon. Two days later, they updated the RMA that "Product was shipped". I did not receive any email or tracking number. Five days went by and I expected to get my card by now. Instead, I received any email with tracking number, stating we just shipped the product, thanks for your patience". They use the Pandemic as an excuse, but most of the horrible reviews are pre-pandemic. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS customer service I've ever encountered in my life. I will never purchase anything from Gigabyte, again.
